From Today on out until my last day in town is gonna be a work out. I want to know if you think 95 days is enough time to get physically ready what key stuff should I focus on to get my upper body strenght improving from now on until I leave? I got a gym member ship and run alot but I am not sure what to do to improve my strenght.? Any recomendations? PS IM GOING TO FORT KNOX
