Spend it with your family. Hopefully seeing your family will lift your spirits, and then if you miss having a boyfriend, get back in the game. Don't be stuck on your ex, if you are. If not, just bolster up some courage, realize that you're probably more attractive to men, both physically and in your personality than you think, and find someone, even if it takes some searching.
