Which countries will be best off when the American economy collapses?

I'm not sure anyone will be. All nations are inexorably tied to the American economy. I think that if and/or when we go under it will result in a world wide depression, Even middle eastern oil will go down because there won't be much of a demand from the free world. Of course I could be wrong but that's how I see it.
