Best QB prospect of the 2000s?

Don't mean to sound like a homer, but I have to go with Aaron Rodgers. He's the only QB in history to throw more than 4,000 yards in his 1st two seasons as a starter.....and he did it behind the worst Offensive Line and no running game.
