How do i convince my parents that we shouldnt move again?

I've been in your shoes. I moved 3 times though out my school years, but my parents didn't move while I was in high school. I would just talk to them and explain to them that you don't want to have to make new friends again and explain to them the experinces your having. I would also suggest offering to pay the bill you ran up because that is a good way to prove that your sorry for what you did and maybe then they will not go back on either word.
