Guys i need help with my civic in the philadelphia area if some could help me il pay?

i finished puttin my d16y8 motor in my civic and having trouble startin it, i check all fuses, gettin fuel and spark the battery is good was checked at stru and cant figure out what goin on i need some that knows some other options or can lend a hand and ill pay i need this car cant efford nothing else and i did the timein belt t no sure is it was done right and it was done twice please help thx
