Patriots Cornerbacks: The corner or the scheme?

The scheme allows the more freedom to be in a position to intercept. If they are man to man they have to worry more about the receiver getting by them than when they have someone over top of them. That said, most of it is the individual....if they can read the play and they can jump the p. Sammuels and Law were in a system that was more forgiving because they had an excellent p rush and guys backing them up. But they still had to read and anticipate.
