Another word for haunted house or something lair? a creepy place?

I'm trying find another word for house to use in a halloween invitation. I'm using it once to say after trick or treating creep over to our lair ...... then again when I give the address, The Baker's Haunted House or The Baker's something something. I didn't really want to use Haunter house of lair again unless I can think of a spooky adjective starting with L. Or something else all together. Hope that all made sense. Thanks for your help.
