Currently, i am in debt with court ( $218/mth ) and GE money ($271/mth).?

currently, l am unemployed. but want to travel to Europe (My dream) so have take out a loan with GE money.($7000). After paying the deposit($2000), l found out that l will be on a very tight budget as l still have a loan from Court($218/mth).The whole tour cost about $5600. My question is shall l just go to Europe as after all it's my dream or scarifce the deposit and cancelled the trip? Sigh! l am afraid that l can't pay the loan and ended in trouble but l really want to go to Europe....
