Has Obama stated what the goal is with his war for oil in Libya?

Leftists LOVE to bash both Bushes, but they both defined the mission in Iraq. Old man Bush said the goal was to drive Hussein from Kuwait, Bush II said the goal was regime change. Has O declared what his objective is, or is it just open ended and the great one will let us know when we get the all clear?
