problems... please help?

so i just got over a bladder infection about a month n a half ago and i think i have a yeast infection cuz of the antibodics but ive tried vagi gard for 2 weeks did not help at all made it worst and then i tried vagisal for a week did not work and tried monistat and that also did not work i dont think it is a yeast infection tho like it tingles alott and sort of itches and whn i wake up in the morning it gets really could it be bv or somethin im a virgin btw but i heard you could get bv if u dont have . it also smells really bad like a fishy/vinegar i dont know what it is but it really bothers me i put ice on it and it feel a little better. if anyone know what it is please tell me ive had this for a month.
