Should the U.S. Cut Off Aid to Pakistan?

It would most probably NOT be in America's best interests to cut Pakistan of their dollar snide. They appear to have a hair-trigger and have nukes. While America is not directly in their firing range, folk that we have reasonable interests in are. That being said, there is obvious reason to suggest that our dollars going there could be better directed and more effectively spent.
