well, how much RAM do you have, running 2 antivirus in the same time as well as 2 antispyware clearly makes your pc work hard. if you have 512mb or less ram, just use 1 antivirus and 1 antispyware, or set your antiviruses so only 1 active while the other have to manually ordered if you want toscan something, it will make your pc become a little faster
