Is it possible to change a graphics card or video card without getting a new PC?

if your on a desktop then yes it is possible. Just have to make sure that it fits in the mother board and the power supply unit can handle the upgrade other wise your computer will overheat because it is drawing to much power that the power supply cant give. if on a laptop I'm afraid the answer is no you can't upgrade the graphics card
