What does it mean when a girl does this?

there's this girl in my cl and whenever I walk by her she doesn't look up or anything but she always starts twirling her hair around her finger really fast and stuff, but that's like the only time she does it is when I walk by her or when I get near her... but I'm confused cuz I never see her look at me or anything else
