Where to buy a straight cut gl cutter and a diamond drill bit hole saw to cut holes in gl around 93612?

I have been looking around to buy a straight line gl cutter and a diamond dril bit hole saw to cut holes in gl locally, but haven't really had much luck. Does anyone know any local stores around Fresno/Clovis, CA that would stock and sell these things? I have found once place that got close, which was Home Depot, but they only sell diamond drill bit hole saws and they only sell two sized, which are 5/16" and 1 3/8", which 5/16" is too small and 1 3/8" is way too big. Although I found something similar, I have not found anything close to a straight cut gl cutter. These are the handheld one, kinda like an exacto knife, but have a diamond tip to cut lines and seperate gl. Are there other names for the glass cutter? Anyone know where to get them around my area? To clear up any curiousity that may arise, this is for a project for my snakes tank, which I am expanding and making a custom glass enclosure for them. Thanks in advance for any suggestions or pushes in the right direction. Also for those that will probably tell me about buying online, I am trying to avoid ordering over the internet at this time due to some issues I have had in the past with paying with a credit card over the internet. Plus most places dont accept PayPal that sell glass cutting tools, they just get your raw cc number and charge it. Anyways, help?
